The personal information we collect is minimally shared to the extent necessary to process your order. The Credit Card companies and Shipping services we share limited information with are bound by additional privacy policies to protect your information. Other than that we will not ever share your information to anyone for any reason.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Most orders are packed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of the time you place your order.
- The delivery of an order begins on the day it is shipped, not the day it is placed.
- We are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible. We may offer expedited shipping, but we cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date.
- Please carefully check your SHIP TO address. We are not responsible for undeliverable orders or orders submitted with an incorrect delivery address. Any incidental costs incurred due to an incorrect or undeliverable address are your responsibility.
- When your order is shipped, we will send you an email update with carrier and tracking information. Please check your tracking regularly so you can prepare for the delivery and receipt of your order. The risk of loss and passage of title for all merchandise ordered from Food Preppers passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you have any problem with your order we will make every reasonable effort to make it right!
Open your package immediately when you receive it.
All items are inspected before they are carefully packaged and sealed tightly. However, if you receive any item(s) that are not what you ordered, missing, defective, damaged, etc. please let us know within 3 days of receipt so we can make arrangements for a refund or exchange.
We guarantee your purchases for 30 days from the time you receive your order.
If any item breaks or stops working through normal (manufacturer recommended) use within 30 days, we will issue a refund or exchange the item at our discretion. Please keep the original packaging with all pieces and accessories for 30 days.
We can only pay return shipping related to the above scenarios.
All returns require prior authorization.
Returns of convenience
All returns of convenience are handled at our discretion and may be subject to substantial restocking fees depending on the type and condition of the item(s). Returns of convenience include but are not limited to the following.
- Undeliverable address
- Ordering mistake
- Refused delivery
- Buyer's remorse
We cannot accept returns for items...
- That have been modified or customized in any way.
- That show signs of wear or use and/or are not in saleable condition.
- That have not been used in accordance with the manufacture's guidelines.
- Without original packaging with all pieces and accesssories.
Please research and select your items carefully before you order. We are happy to answer any questions you have before you make your purchase.
ORDER CHANGE/CANCELATION
Once an order is accepted it is automatcally submitted to our warehouse for processing. Requests to Change or Cancel an accepted order are subject to a $3.00 processing fee.
An order that has been prepared for shipment or shipped cannot be changed or canceled. You may refuse delivery of an order and it will be handled as a return of convenience.
SUITABILITY
Food Preppers cannot guarantee compatibility or suitability of products sold for your particular situation. Every effort is made by us to recommend those products best suited for your described needs. Sometimes however this is difficult to accomplish over the phone or internet and for that reason the customer is responsible to fully research compatibility and suitability prior to purchase. Compatibility and suitability is the customer’s responsibility. All information presented in our web site is based on data believed to be reliable. It is offered for evaluation and comparison, but is not to be considered a warranty of any kind. Food Preppers shall in no event be responsible for consequential damages of any nature or amount for any reason. Determination of suitability of product for uses and applications contemplated by purchaser shall be the sole responsibility of purchaser.

By acceptance of the item, purchaser agrees that Food Preppers shall have no liability to purchaser or any person whatsoever for any claim, loss, damage or expense arising from handling, use, display, or storage of the item.
CHARGEBACKS
Food Preppers is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any problem with your order we will do everything within reason to correct it. Your card will be billed as www.dawbin.com as indicated on your invoice and several follow-up messages. If you initiate a credit card dispute against the charge for your order for any reason, you agree to pay all merchant service penalties, fees and other costs related to the dispute. Any sale through www.foodpreppers.com constitutes purchaser's agreement to this policy.
LEGAL VENUE
Any sale through www.foodpreppers.com constitutes purchaser's acceptance that the venue for any and all legal claims and controversies regarding the sale of merchandise shall lie in the District Courts for the County of Jefferson, State of Missouri. Furthermore, any and all disputes shall be governed by and construed under Missouri law as such law applies to transactions between Missouri residents entered into and to be performed entirely within Missouri, except as governed by federal law.
